For many years the British Counselling Training Association has taken the initiative in setting high standards of training and has maintained organisational membership of the BACP since 1986.

BCTA specialises in developing and implementing training programmes tailored to the requirements of specific groups. The emphasis of the training programmes is on personal and professional development within an integrative framework.

Workshops are BCTA certified and all training courses are CTI validated and externally moderated. Appropriate certification will be awarded to students who successfully complete course requirements.
